After two rounds of auditions and meeting and being entertained by around thirty potential cast-mates we have finally settled on the following talented bunch of perfomers.
Thank you to all who came along, we had a great time. Congratulations to those below and we look forward to working with you.
The return of the beloved musical comedy Open Mic begins in September. Stay tuned for info.
OPEN MIC
Open Mic looks into the life of the patrons of The Sentinel, a small Adelaide pub where musicians play their heart out for a variety of reasons. Some want to win the girl, others want to win drink vouchers while some just play for the love of being on stage. All of them feel trapped there, some more desperate than others to finally escape. Competition becomes heated, bandmates are stolen, instruments are smashed, hearts broken, sock-puppets mercilessly discarded and rad-machines activated. Its a gas and you're invited to be right in the middle of it as the actors target you to decide their fate.
